THE QABALISTICAL INVOCATION OF SOLOMON

This interesting invocation is what we know as a preliminary. This is similar to the effects of the bornless ritual. This is were you invoke the energy or spirit of King Solomon. Through the use of The tree of life. This was suppose to be used as a form of invocation that will be what we know as a godform of the ancient king himself so you will have the authority of G-d through this so called godform. While yes Solomon is not a god he was a important figure in the magic of the western world and most magical grimoires was said to be by him. He was a important figure in That time period form of magic and so a invocation of the king who was said to control 72 demons and talk with the Angels and to G-d was a powerful wizard indeed. So when you use the ring of Solomon, Staff of Solomon, Wand of Solomon. you will become Solomon the wizard king who controlled demons, and talked to Angels.
Now you may ask I said that to make magic work you have to invoke the holy spirit. I did say that but I also said that you can invoke Angels to. While I believe the invocation of the holy spirit is one of the keys to Successful us of all magic. I also found that the use of this invocation just does not give me the authority of the king but also of G-d. Which in many cases works just as good.
I would like to also say that this invocation can only be found in eliphaz levis Ritual de la huate magie, and Mathers edition of the Key  of Solomon. I have not seen it any were else.

The Black School

Once upon a time there existed somewhere in the world, nobody knows where, a school which was called the Black School. There the pupils learned witchcraft, Necromancy, Demonology and all sorts of ancient arts and sciences. Wherever this school was, it was somewhere below ground, and was held in a strong room which, as it had no window, was eternally dark and changeless. There was no teacher either, but everything was learnt from books with fiery letters, which could be read quite easily in the dark. Never were the pupils allowed to go out into the open air or see the daylight during the whole time they stayed there, which was from five to seven years. By then they had gained a thorough and perfect knowledge of the sciences which include the Occult sciences. A shaggy gray hand came through the wall every day with the pupils' meals, and when they had finished eating and drinking took back the horns and platters. But one of the rules of the school was, that the owner should keep for himself that one of the students who should leave the school the last every year. And, considering that it was pretty well known among the pupils that the devil himself was the master, you may fancy what a scramble there was at each year's end, everybody doing his best to avoid being last to leave the school.
It happened once that three Icelanders went to this school, by the name of Sæmundur the Learned, Kálfur Arnason, and Hálfdán Eldjárnsson; and as they all arrived at the same time, they were all supposed to leave at the same time. Sæmundur declared himself willing to be the last of them, at which the others were much lightened in mind. So he threw over himself a large mantle, leaving the sleeves loose and the fastenings free.
A staircase led from the school to the upper world, and when Sæmundur was about to mount this the devil grasped at him and said, "You are mine!"
But Sæmundur slipped out of this mantle and made off with all speed, leaving the devil the empty cloak. However, just as he left the school the heavy iron door was slammed suddenly to, and wounded Sæmundur on the heels. Then he said, "That was pretty close upon my heels," which words have since passed into a proverb. The Sæmundur contrived to escape from the Black School, with his companions, scot-free.
Some people relate, that, when Sæmundur came into the doorway, the sun shone upon him and threw his shadow onto the opposite wall. And as the devil stretched out his hand to grapple with him, Sæmundur said, "I am not the last. Do you not see who follows me?"
So the devil seized the shadow, mistaking it for a man, and Sæmundur escaped with a blow on his heels from the iron door.

This Icelandic Legend came from the time when the church was hunting down heresy and witches. What part could be true we may never know. This could be a story created to tell people or may be some truth from some secret group who practice magic, what ever the case I found this story was pretty cool. Very few things have been written about it, besides Icelandic folklore. Why did I bring this story to you the reader. Because we have to know our history and our culture. From its myths and legends to our facts and history. This story explains how magic was thought of during the time when wizards and alternative views was condemned by the church and people were burned for believes other then the church authorities.

Concerning the Experiment of Invisibility

OF THE EXPERIMENT OF INVISIBILITY, AND HOW IT SHOULD BE PERFORMED

IF thou wishest to perform the Experiment of Invisibility, thou shalt follow the instructions for the same. If it be necessary to observe the day and the hour, thou shalt do as is said in their Chapters. But if thou needest not observe the day and the hour as marked in the Chapter thereon, thou shalt do as taught in the Chapter which precedeth it. If in the course of the experiment it be necessary to write anything, it should be done as is described in the Chapters pertaining thereto, with the proper pen, paper, and ink, or blood. But if the matter is to be accomplished by invocation, before thy conjurations, thou shalt say devoutly in thine heart:--
SCEABOLES, ARBARON, ELOHI, ELIMIGITH, HERENOBULCULE, METHE, BALUTH, TIMAYAL, VILLAQUIEL, TEVENI, YEVIE, FERETE, BACUHABA, GUVARIN; through Him by Whom ye have empire and power over men, ye must accomplish this work so that I may go and remain invisible.
And if it be necessary in this operation to trace a Circle, thou shalt do as is ordained in the Chapter concerning Circles; and if it be necessary to write characters, etc., thou shalt follow the instructions given in the respective Chapters.
This operation being thus prepared, if there be an especial Conjuration to perform, thou shalt repeat it in the proper manner; if not, thou shalt say the general Conjuration, at the end of which thou shalt add the following words:--
O thou ALMIRAS, Master of Invisibility, with thy Ministers CHEROG, MAITOR, TANGEDEM, TRANSIDIM, SUVANTOS, ABELAIOS, BORED, BELAMITH, CASTUMI, DABUEL; I conjure ye by Him Who maketh Earth and Heaven to tremble, Who is seated upon the Throne of His Majesty, that this operation may be perfectly accomplished according to my will, so that at whatsoever time it may please me, I may be able to be invisible.

thy Ministers, by Him through Whom all things have their being, and by SATURIEL, HARCHIEL, DANIEL, BENIEL, ASSIMONEM, that thou immediately comest hither with all thy Ministers, and achievest this operation, as thou knowest it ought to be accomplished, and that by the same operation thou render me invisible, so that none may be able to see me.
In order then to accomplish this aforesaid operation, thou must prepare all things necessary with requisite care and diligence, and put them in practice with all the general and particular ceremonies laid down for these experiments; and with all the conditions contained in our first and second Books. Thou shalt also in the same operations duly repeat the appropriate Conjurations, with all the solcmnitie5 marked in the respective Chapters. Thus shalt thou accomplish the experiment surely and without hindrance, and thus shalt thou find it true.
But, on the contrary, if thou lettest any of these things escape thee, or if thou despiseth them, never shalt thou be able to arrive at thy proposed end; as, for example, we enter not easily into a fenced city over its walls but through its gates.

HOW 1 TO RENDER ONESELF INVISIBLE.

Make a small image of yellow wax, in the form of a man, in the month January and in the day and hour of Saturn, and at that time write with a needle above the crown of its head and upon its skull which thou shalt have adroitly raised, the character following. (Figure 5)
 



 After which thou shalt replace the skull in proper position. Thou shalt then write upon a small strip of the skin of a frog or toad which thou shalt have killed, the following words and characters. (Figure 6)
 


 Thou shalt then go and suspend the said figure by one of thy hairs from the vault of a cavern at the hour of midnight, and perfuming it with the proper incense thou shalt say:--
METATRON, MELEKH, BEROTH, NOTH, VENIBBETH, MACH, and all ye, I conjure thee, O Figure of wax, by the Living God, that by the virtue of these Characters and words, thou render me invisible, wherever I may bear thee with me. Amen.
And after having censed it anew, thou shalt bury it in the same place in a small deal box, and every time that thou wishest to pass or enter into any place without being seen, thou shalt say these words, bearing the aforesaid figure in thy left pocket:--
Come unto me and never quit me whithersoever I shall go.
Afterwards thou shalt take it carefully back unto the before-mentioned place and cover it with earth until thou shalt need it again.

Now while I have to say I will not be doing this ritual anytime soon. I do have to say that Invisibility do work in the context of the Occult.You do not turn actually invisible. I have when I did a ritual of my own making, solomonic in nature. I have noticed that  that people did not noticed me. It was almost like I was not there. By the end of the day When I said hi to a friend of mine. She was shocked and thought I called into work. I found that invisibility works a illusion of the mind. Maybe some kind of Hypnotism or the magic clouded the mind. You will not be able to rob banks, or peep on women. It just does not work that way. But it does work in the context of clouding peoples mind of not paying attention to you. I will later in some future article may give the ritual that I created. But will have to wait and see. I do encourage others to create there own rite and experiment.

I read this article a long while back on a website/blog about how Tyson calls Atheism is the enemy. I thought it was a very good article and it became a topic on the website for a long time. While I do have Friends who are atheist, I do feel that Atheism is a danger to my spirituality. Why because more and more people have fallen into the cult of Atheism and became there worst enemies. They became Evangelical Atheist. While I know that some of my Friends are not like that and that we have great debate in discussion, there are others that make them look bad. It is like the People of religious groups who are on the street corners telling people to repent or go to your home and do the same or tell your wiccan Friend that they are going to hell because they are not christian. Atheism can be the same and it has.

My Apology

I would like to apologize to the readers that I did not finish two articles. I meant to put a part 7 to the conjuration of the Watcher and a part 2 to the temple of Solomon. I lost my notes and research when I moved to my New House and could not find my research notes. So it will be a while tell I put these articles up.

Animal Sacrifice and the Alternatives

I will not go into to much about animal sacrifice for the Grimoires. Aaron Lietch in his book  " The Secrets of the Magical Grimoires"TM goes into detail about the Grimoiric tradition of Sacrifice and blood used in said rites and consecration of tools .
So I will go into a christian alternative and reason why we have no need for sacrifice and Let me tell a little about why Christians do not practice animal sacrifice anymore.
Back in the day before Christianity, the Jewish people sacrifice lambs to G-d. It was there standard sacrifice as to what G-d demanded from his people. Sacrifice is a way to nourish the Deity. This goes for just about all the gods even the One G-d. This was pivalent during the passover and special holidays of the Jewish people of that time.
Will when Jesus finally started his ministry he came to save the Jews. But one problem he found that the Jewish people and humanity as a whole was so full of sin it was overwhelming them. He tried to show that love above all was there path to G-d. But at the end it did not work. Very few people, got the message. So as a way to save all of humanity he sacrificed himself as the lamb of G-d. As the Jewish faith used to do sacrifices to G-d with Lambs, Jesus sacrificed himself as the Lamb to save his people " Humanity" so they will be all saved from there Sins.
Now to the present, as a christian I'm really iffy on sacrifice. While I do eat a hamburger and I do understand the reasoning behind other faiths use of sacrifice. I just do not see a reason for it as a christian because of what Jesus did.  As a side note most Grimoires such as the Keys really do not go into animal sacrifice but just say the the blood of a certain animal need to be put on said tool. They never give a actual sacrificial rite. The exception is the Grand Grimoire. Either way I came up with two alternatives that I have used as a alternative to actual blood that needs to be used in the magic or tool creation.
The first one is known in Hoodoo as Diabolical Wine. It is a alternative to human blood and I have used it in many rites with very good reactions to the rituals.

Here is how it is made:
Diabolic Wine I like to call it Wizard Wine:
Take a very Dark Red wine and add in 1 part ( 1 Pinch ) blood root. Mix the root well in the red wine and leave it over night covered in red cloth. The next day you take your wand, or Hand cross, or your hand with the palms down and over the container say the following incantation.

You are not wine But Blood
Living Blood, Scarlet Blood
Living Scarlet Blood of mine

Store in a refrigerator unit and use when you want. Do not drink.

The other Idea that I used was using blessed wine that was bless from a priest or minister. Especially if it was meant to be used in Communion. I was trying to find a substitute when this pop in my mind. I decided to ask Aaron in his forum on his Yahoo site. Will He said that this is a very good Idea and so after waiting and getting it blessed. LOL I was waiting for good time to ask my pastor to bless it. Either way she blessed it and I used it on all my basic grimoiric tools and it work extremely will.

I believe that these can be a great tool for the grimoiric mage who may be a vegetarian and may not want to hurt a animal or want to use other alternatives then blood. What ever the case these maybe to your liking and may help the mage in his research in the Grimoires.

The Temple of Solomon Part 1

When I started my studies on Solomonic Magic/k, It lead me to several doors I decided to open and see what was behind them. One of these doors is a deep study of the Temple of Solomon.  in the Bible 1 Kings 6, New International version.

6 In the four hundred and eightieth^[a] year after the Israelites came out of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon’s reign over Israel, in the month of Ziv, the second month, he began to build the temple of the Lord.

² The temple that King Solomon built for the Lord was sixty cubits long, twenty wide and thirty high.^{[b] 3} The portico at the front of the main hall of the temple extended the width of the temple, that is twenty cubits,^[c] and projected ten cubits^[d] from the front of the temple. ⁴ He made narrow windows high up in the temple walls. ⁵ Against the walls of the main hall and inner sanctuary he built a structure around the building, in which there were side rooms. ⁶ The lowest floor was five cubits^[e] wide, the middle floor six cubits^[f] and the third floor seven.^[g] He made offset ledges around the outside of the temple so that nothing would be inserted into the temple walls.
⁷ In building the temple, only blocks dressed at the quarry were used, and no hammer, chisel or any other iron tool was heard at the temple site while it was being built.
⁸ The entrance to the lowest^[h] floor was on the south side of the temple; a stairway led up to the middle level and from there to the third. ⁹ So he built the temple and completed it, roofing it with beams and cedar planks. ¹⁰ And he built the side rooms all along the temple. The height of each was five cubits, and they were attached to the temple by beams of cedar.
¹¹ The word of the Lord came to Solomon: ¹² “As for this temple you are building, if you follow my decrees, observe my laws and keep all my commands and obey them, I will fulfill through you the promise I gave to David your father. ¹³ And I will live among the Israelites and will not abandon my people Israel.”
¹⁴ So Solomon built the temple and completed it. ¹⁵ He lined its interior walls with cedar boards, paneling them from the floor of the temple to the ceiling, and covered the floor of the temple with planks of juniper. ¹⁶ He partitioned off twenty cubits at the rear of the temple with cedar boards from floor to ceiling to form within the temple an inner sanctuary, the Most Holy Place. ¹⁷ The main hall in front of this room was forty cubits^[i] long. ¹⁸ The inside of the temple was cedar, carved with gourds and open flowers. Everything was cedar; no stone was to be seen.
¹⁹ He prepared the inner sanctuary within the temple to set the ark of the covenant of the Lord there. ²⁰ The inner sanctuary was twenty cubits long, twenty wide and twenty high. He overlaid the inside with pure gold, and he also overlaid the altar of cedar. ²¹ Solomon covered the inside of the temple with pure gold, and he extended gold chains across the front of the inner sanctuary, which was overlaid with gold. ²² So he overlaid the whole interior with gold. He also overlaid with gold the altar that belonged to the inner sanctuary.
²³ For the inner sanctuary he made a pair of cherubim out of olive wood, each ten cubits high. ²⁴ One wing of the first cherub was five cubits long, and the other wing five cubits—ten cubits from wing tip to wing tip. ²⁵ The second cherub also measured ten cubits, for the two cherubim were identical in size and shape. ²⁶ The height of each cherub was ten cubits. ²⁷ He placed the cherubim inside the innermost room of the temple, with their wings spread out. The wing of one cherub touched one wall, while the wing of the other touched the other wall, and their wings touched each other in the middle of the room. ²⁸ He overlaid the cherubim with gold.
²⁹ On the walls all around the temple, in both the inner and outer rooms, he carved cherubim, palm trees and open flowers. ³⁰ He also covered the floors of both the inner and outer rooms of the temple with gold.
³¹ For the entrance to the inner sanctuary he made doors out of olive wood that were one fifth of the width of the sanctuary. ³² And on the two olive-wood doors he carved cherubim, palm trees and open flowers, and overlaid the cherubim and palm trees with hammered gold. ³³ In the same way, for the entrance to the main hall he made doorframes out of olive wood that were one fourth of the width of the hall. ³⁴ He also made two doors out of juniper wood, each having two leaves that turned in sockets. ³⁵ He carved cherubim, palm trees and open flowers on them and overlaid them with gold hammered evenly over the carvings.
³⁶ And he built the inner courtyard of three courses of dressed stone and one course of trimmed cedar beams.
³⁷ The foundation of the temple of the Lord was laid in the fourth year, in the month of Ziv. ³⁸ In the eleventh year in the month of Bul, the eighth month, the temple was finished in all its details according to its specifications. He had spent seven years building it.

What I found out that the temple follows a embodiment of Architecture of other cultures in the reason such as Egyptian, Phoenician and Mesopotamian. Its general form is reminiscent of Egyptian sanctuaries and closely matches that of other ancient temples in the region, however the complexity of inner chambers and unique functions does distinguish the temple strongly.
It follows a sacred geometrical design that was said that will house the Ark of the Covenant so house G-d.
What made me wonder about that whole thing is that is the Temple associated with the Key Of Solomon and what secrets is held in it design. When I was looking into this I found that My favorite Scientist did actually study this very concept. This man was Isaac Newton. He studied the Bible even learn Hebrew and Aramaic to learn more on the bible especially the passages that talked about the temple. He even had a a full scale model of the temple of Solomon for his studies of the temple. What he wanted to know is what secrets was held in the temple. Did it hold secrets of the universe or held the creation of the Philosophers stone. This is what I wanted to know in a Mad scientist type of way. If the temple Held some sort of secret what are or is it secret. Is it the nature of G-d ? A ultimate secret of the Universe ? A alchemical construct using Sacred Geometry ?
What ever the Secrets if any I have not found them nor have found that the Key of Solomon has Ties to the temple of Solomon. Besides by name and the man who made them both. I will go on further on my next blog entree.

Building Your Foundation.

I often say to people who ask me how do one get started in the Art and science of magic\k. I often say to them Is something to the effect " Build a foundation for a better tomorrow" This sums it up and shows that  what is needed for the beginning magician. When Jesus told his disciples to build the church upon this rock He was not talking about a actual rock but a medifor for building a foundation to which to build and grow on.
When a person decides to start the spiritual quest they seeks answers that they themselves cannot find the answers too. It maybe a search for G-d, to being a person who wants to be more spiritually sound. They may want answers to lifes little questions to wanting to understand our universe more to actually want to find the secrets of our universe.
What ever the reason, when one starts there magical career there journey starts by building a foundation.  When a person starts out in the rennisance\medieaval system of magic/k they will have to start with there holy works. For the Christian and the Jew it was reading the Bible and the Torah. They will need to have a deep understanding of the works and find out what the stories really mean. When a magician works with the Grimoires it is very important to understand what the grimoires site such as the Psalms and literature that is used as part of the magical system. It is also important to understand the writing to what it really means because a deep understand of the holy works gives one a more understanding into themselves. But it is very important to be versein the religious texts to understand the spirituality of the Grimoires. You have to understand that the grimiores at it core is religious/spiritual magic/k. I also as a side it willnot hurt to read and understand the Quran since there is also some parts that is Arabic/Islamic in nature.
Then after a deep understanding of the holyworks, then understand the magic/k, science,and history behind the grimoires. After that you will need to learn the basics of Astrology, Alchemy, Ceremonial magic as understood by the mages of that time period, Hermetics, and Kabbalah.
This will build a foundation which in time will allow the wizard to build his magical life to a deep spiritual quest which may last a life time and a happy life with family and friends.

Bringing in the Faith

Faith is one of those things that people have been getting misunderstood and not knowing what it is. This goes for the spiritually minded person to the wizard. Faith nowadays is blind faith which the person gets answers from there church leaders, They tend to find there so called answers from a pastor or a minister instead of going to G-d and looking for there answers for themselves. There is nothing wrong if the church leader can help but blindly following what a leader says can lead to cultish activity and personal pain. True faith is not the belief in G-d but the Knowing that there is a G-d. Knowing this is very important to know because this will lead to making your magic work every single time then  getting hit and misses.
The First thing we have to remember that it takes just not a person to say a bunch of words to make a spirit to appear. I can dance around say some words and wave some wand in the air tell I turn blue in the face and nothing will happened. There is somethings that one follows no matter what tradition he or she follows. Theses important features in magic\k are important to make a spirit to appear. I will make a short discussion about one feature of how to make the magical operations work. At least to how it works for me, and later the others features will be discussed in future blog articles.
The important feature I will talk about is faith. One of the Important things to have to allow the holy spirit to enter the Wizard is his\her faith. There is two ways to conjure a spirits by Force of will which is allot of magicians today do. And cause the hit and miss affect. Which is Taking a magic mirror summon the spirit and try to force the spirit by force of will by manipulating the magical energy to bring forth the spirit.
The Second way is by bring in (Invoke) the holy spirit or angel by having faith in G-d. This is very important because it is G-d that summons the spirit through you then the spirit will appear each and every time. This is the difference between people who use the magic mirror and ones that are actually able to summon the spirit to materialise in the triangle of the art.This will also enhance to viewing of spirits if you decide to summon into scrying bowls, crystal balls, mirrors, etc.
Will how does one do this will lets looks at what the wizard have to do to summon the spirit. It starts first through Nine days of Prays and fasting to allow the Body to be Purify which allows the holy ghost to be invoke in the wizards body for the condition of the ritual. By the end of the Fasting you have made the Body into a temple to house the Holy Spirit or any divine being that will be invoked into the body of the magician and when the ritual starts you will see a vast improvement to the rite then you have before.
What I have discussed is just a short discussion I'm limited to what I can write here but I will later bring up more on faith in other articles in my blog.

Getting back into the grove..............

I have not been on this blog for a little while, mainly because life has been kicking my ass. It started in December of last year, as a means to clean my mind of the crap of the day. So my mind would not turn to mush. Will life itself said shit, I do not want you to get a handle on things so I will screw with youn alot more tell you have meltdown. Will after budget windfalls in December to now. Having to find a place to live like really fast. A loved one having to get major heart surgery, several really bad mindgrains, and getting sick real bad all caused by stress, now with me needing to move possibly loosing my car.
I know that alot people have the same problems were life just say fuck you and just want to screw you over. But when it come to my family I say to life fuck you Im not going to give up and will start trying to salve the problems. So what have I been doing. Will for one I got my ass out of the cave of a bedroom and get on this blog of mind and vent and tell what im doing because I know that alot of people while not the same problems are going through alot of crap like me, and just want to find a way just not solve said propblems to get back into the grove of things. Will I cannot help the person but pulling my ass out of the sispool of crap that has built up around me, is what I need to do. Nort just for me but for as healthy family. But I can tell  them how me a person deplaited mind, body and soul, got myself back into the grove of things and give life the birdy and say not today. Will I decided to get back on this blog and blog. I also decided to look at me and look into my self in the mirror darkly and when I did. I did not like what I saw. So the first thing I decided to do is to start all over on my research. During the last move I lost and a rain storm destroyed much research and rituals I created even a whole system of magick that took me a year to work on all gone. So I decided with a smile and say that this gives me a chance to look at things with fresh eyes and a new purspective and see were that leaves me with a new look. While trying to fix things im doing new resaerch  in my study of the bible and the key of solomon. Im also going back to my diet ever so slowly, slowing down on soda etc. Working on going back to doing my yoga, pray and psalmody. It will take some time but ever so slowly get back to what I was doing spiritually and my spiritual health will be back to a my healthy self nad see a haelthy family.

Conjuration of the Watcher part 6

A note of a Warning:

Now before I go on I do like to propose a warning. Thought forms can be dangerous if lift unchecked. Lets go to the Story of the Golem were Rabbi Judah Ben Bezalel who was the famous 16th century Rabbi in the Ghetto of Prague. He create a Golem to protect the Jewish Ghetto from Antisemitic attacks on his people. He created the Golem for the purpose to protect and help his people. At first everything went right but as time went on the Golem became harder and harder to control. He got to the point were he could not be controlled, and became violent and uncontrollable. So he finally had to deactivate his creation and he fell into peaces and was stored in the local synagogue attic.
So what we learn here is that we must deactivated the creation of these thought forms or they cause more harm then good. In this case Simon says that one has to make sacrifices to the spirits on certain times. This may keep the spirit at bay for a long while but like all good things. Eventually the spirit may get hard for you to control. But this is not to sound like some doom and gloom because some people had controlled thought forms for years, with no problems. There is even some lodges that has thought forms that they have controlled to protect communities and there lodges for years.

So now how did I do this ritual:
Will I keep the Incense burner/sacrifice bowl. Keep the black robe and cap.Time will be midnight But I went to the use of the Black hilted dagger for  circle creation and the Sword of the art and the white hilted dagger, and of course the standard alter and alter incense made from 3 parts Cedar 2 parts Juniper 1 part Cypress 1 part Tamarisk.   I  put two beeswax candles on each side of the incense burner/sacrificial bowl and made a circle within the dirt still with the double circle made from flour consecrated by traditional psalmic prays. Put the bowl in the northeast. Lite the candle then step in the Standard grimoric consecration for candles then lite then put the sacrificial material (New bread, Pine resin, grass Olieribos) in the bowl with hot coals then step in the circle Say the standard psalmic consecration and blessing for the circle.
Then Say:

Personally these are nonsense words that Simon cleverly stated that is Sumerian. Do not worry if you are afraid that you are not pronouncing them right. Just treat as Barbaras Words of Conjuration.

After you have gave the watcher your instructions you will then give it a license to  depart and standard solomonic ending.

I will give another conjuration in part 7 and hopefully this will end the Conjuration of the watcher. LOL I know I will get flack with this change but I do not give a rats ass about what people think. This has work very will for me. I use this as a means to protect me from unknown spirits that I have work with when trying to find new spirits from other regens of space.

Conjuration of the watcher part 5

Now you may say that there is some confusion but I work around it. Take the bronze bowl and put a some charcoal and lite it tell red hot coals. In the mean take the dagger of Innana make the magic circles, then make the double circles with consecrated flour.. Then before the conjuration perform the conjuration of the fire god. This is what is suppose to be a consecration of the fire in the bowl and prepares it for the sacrifice.

Conjuration of the Watcher part 4

The Normal Invocation:

This Invocation is to be made during the course of any Ceremony when it is necessary to summon the Watcher to preside over the outer precincts of the Circle or Gate. The Sword is to be thrust into the ground as before, in the Northeast section, but the AGA MASS SSARATU is not necessary LEST THOU HAST NOT MADE SACRIFICE TO THINE WATCHER IN THE SPACE OF ONE MOON in which case it is necessary to sacrifice to It anew whether in that Ceremony or at some other, earlier.

Raise the Copper Dagger of INANNA of the Calling, and declaim the Invocation in a clear voice, be it loud or soft:

Conjuration of the Watcher part 3

Preliminary Invocation:

When the time has come to summon the Watcher the first time, the place of thy calling must be clean, and a double circle of flour drawn about thee. And there should be no altar, but only the new Bowl with the three carven signs on it. And the Conjuration of the Fire should be made, and the sacrifices heaped thereupon, into the burning bowl. And the Bowl is now called AGA MASS SSARATU, and to be used for no other purpose, save to invoke the Watcher.

And the bowl must be lain between the Circles, facing the Northeast.
And thy vestments should be black, and thy cap black.
And the Sword must be at hand, but not yet in the ground.
And it must be the Darkest Hour of the Night.
And there must be no light, save for the AGA MASS SSARATU.
And the Conjuration of the Three must be made, thus:

( I actually Like this part because besides a couple of things it works for me, It is very good as long as you have a magic circle )

Conjuration of the Watcher part 2

Here is Simons Ritual as presented in his version of the Necronomicon.

HIS is the Book of the Conjuration of the Watcher, for formulae as I received them from the Scribe of ENKI, Our Master and Lord of All Magick. Great care must be taken that this untamed Spirit does not rise up against the Priest, and for that reason a preliminary sacrifice must be made in a clean and new bowl with the appropriate sigils inscribed thereupon, being the three grey carven signs of the Rock of my initiation, which are:

They must be engraved upon the bowl with a fine stylus, or painted thereon with dark ink. The sacrifice must be new bread, pine resin, and the grass Olieribos. These must be burned in the new bowl, and the Sword of the Watcher, with his Sigil engraved thereupon, at hand, for he will inhabit such at the time of the Calling of the Watcher and will depart when he is given license to depart.

The Watcher comes from a Race different from that of Men and yet different from that of the Gods, and it is said that he was with KINGU and his hordes at the time of the War between the Worlds, but was dissatisfied and did cleave unto the Armies of Lord MARDUK.

Wherefore it is wise to conjure It in the Names of the Three Great Watchers Who existed before the Confrontation from whose borne the Watcher and His Race ultimately derive, and those Three are ANU, ENLIL, and Master ENKI of the Magick Waters. And for this reason They are sometimes called the Three Watchers, MASS SSARATI and the Watcher MASS SSARATU, or KIA MASS SSARATU.

And the Watcher appears sometimes as a great and fierce Dog, who prowls about the Gate or the Circle, frightening away the idimmu who forever lurk about the barriers, waiting for sacrifice. And the Watcher aloft the Sword of Flames, and even the Elder Gods are awed thereby. And sometimes the Watcher appears as a Man in A long Robe, shaven, with eyes that never lose their stare. And the Lord of the Watchers dwells, it is said, among the Wastes of the IGIGI, and only Watches and never raises the Sword or fights the idimmi, save when the Covenant is invoked by none less than the Elder Gods in their Council, like unto the Seven Glorious APHKHALLU.

And sometimes the Watcher appears as the Enemy, ready to devour the Priest who has erred in the incantations, or omitted the sacrifice, or acted in defiance of the Covenant, for which acts the very Elder Gods cannot forbid that silent Race from exacting its toll. And it is said that some of that Race lie waiting for the Ancient Ones to once more rule the Cosmos, that they may be given the right hand of honour, and that such as these are lawless. This is what is said.

Conjuration of the Watcher part 1

 

Back in my young days I got the Simon Necronomicon, I know lol. I bought it and actually enjoyed it. It was mysterious and it had that evil grimoire feel to it, that my young mind loved. Which that is what Simon wanted. But as I grew I new it was not that great and it just sat on my shelf for like forever and a day. Will about many years later I bought both Tyson Versions, Loved them. That is when I went to the old Simon version and wiped the dust off the book and read again. Will the ritual that caught my eye is a ritual to summon a spirit known as the watcher. I read what it is and what it suppose to do. I wrote down the rite and made the tools but never did the rite. I Put the book back on the shelf and never went back to it until I started to get serious about my work several years later, and when I switch to the Solomonic tradition from the Golden Dawn. Either way I read it again and thought that I did not like the calling to the Babylonian/Sumerian gods. Just could not get myself to do it. This was around the time I converted to Christianity and got baptized from a wonderful women in a more progressive church.  Will I decided to make a new one that will fit my view.
First you have to understand that this ritual is only found in this book and not the others nor is it in any occult literature un less it talks about this ritual from Simon book or occult history. People have tried but it is just a creation of Simon to make a neat little book to sell. Next thing we have to understand since this is a creation out of the mind of the writer then the ritual summons is not a real spirit but a thought form, a egregore. What they are suppose to be, are spirit guardians but they can do some other things as presented. But being a guardian is what they are suppose to be doing for the wizard. There is suppose to be three of them who exist, the watchers are called MASS SSARATI, MASS SSARATU, and KIA MASS SSARATU. When they appear they will appear as a fierce dog who will prowl outside the magic circle or sometimes as a man in black robes cleaned shaven. But in truth they will appear any way you make them out to be. The other thing I found is that Simon wrote it as if they are one creature or if he stated that there is three of them but only describes one, or just did not care when he created the rite. I'm assuming and rightly so since they are just Thought forms then they are three different creatures created by the mage. Telling the truth you can summon them any way you like since they are thought forms but I will present them as Simon did for those who want the lovecraftian feel. I will also present a more solomonic one as I created by me and used by me to summon them in a classic solomonic way.
You may ask why I'm going from serious solomonic magic/k to the silliness of the Necronomicon. Because Simon is  still a occultist and when you remove the crap from the book which was either on purpose or by default you will still get a usable working system. I do not use any rites from this  book besides the watcher rite and a few of the so called incantations of protection.
On part to I will present to the user the original Simon version for those people who want a lovecraftian feel. Then I will present the ritual that I created to summon them. 

Is religion magic/k ?

For many years I often thought about this, some time flights of fantsy or given it a serious thought. Then I often thought hay but did Jesus performed very powerful magical abilities,  even Moses, and the rest of the prophets. How about the other adepts and saints who used and manifested magical powers. So I thought and made a bias opinion that magic is not religion but and I mean a BIG BUT. That magic is a spiritual energy that was suppose to be used for spiritual ends and aiding our fellow man. For example Jesus taught his disciples must use his techniques to heal and exorcise. Magical powers was used by the prophets and patriarchs of the bible but it was not religion it was the manifestation of there devotion to G-d. They used ceremonial magick in religious ceremonies. They new how to interpret dreams, use battle magic, heal, etc but it was not religion but part of there spiritual tool box.
This goes forward to the grimiores. I once read from a grimioric magician that the grimiores has nothing to do with spirituality and that we need to get rid of that spiritual nonsense. He is utter wrong because the grimoires are set up and written by very spiritual men. The men and woman who practice the magic/k from the grimoires were very Pious and spiritual people and that it was a manifestation of the religious and spiritual believes. It is religious magic at its purest. If one does a deep study of the grimoires you will find out that the ceremony to summon the spirits, no matter which type of spirit it is, it is always a religious ceremony. The prays, psalmody, confessions, names of G-d etc is the use of religious ceremony to summon the spirits. Everything that is used to summon the spirit from the candles to the aspergillum to the sword is a spiritual tool that will be used in the ceremonies to manifest the powers through G-d.
So when we look at other religions for example, we find out that many religions used magic/k as part of there religious believes and had no problem in it use as part of there religious belief. When we look at for example the magi of the Bible were Zoroastrian Priest who practice magic and astrology and were scholars as part of there priestly duties from healing, exorcising, battle magic, interpret the stars to aid leaders and people who needs answers. In Egypt the priest also were known to practice magic and they did the same, This goes for just about any religion from Judaism to the pagan religions in the far north. So is religion Magic. NO. But magic/k is a spiritual power use in worship and to be used to aid and help our fellow mankind.

Solomon King of Israel Facts, legends and myths.

There is many things that are said about this great man. A very Wise King and a man of G-d and a Powerful wizard. So what we have to understand that some archaeologist believe that there was never a King of Israel name Solomon. But this article will be written as if there was a King Solomon King of Israel. Regardless of if it is true or not I believe that there was a solomon or a king modeled after him. Either way he was a great man and a solomonic magician must have some understanding of him if you are going to practice solomonic magic/k.
King Solomon Reigned as King of Israel in 970–931 BC. He was born in Jerusalem and died in Jerusalem. He was the son of King David and when his father King David Died and he succeeded his father to the throne of Israel he ask not riches and wealth but how to rule with Wisdom and kindness this passage is found in 1Kings 3:5-14 ESV

At Gibeon the lord appeared to to Solomon in a dream by night, and G-d said, Ask what I shall give you. And Solomon said, You have shown great and steadfast love to your servant David my Father, because he walked before you in faithfulness, in righteousness, and in uprightnessof heart toward you. And you have kept for him this great and steadfast love and have given him a sonto sit on his throne this day. And now, O Lord my G-d, you have made your servant king in place of David my father, although I am but a little child. I do not know how to go out or come in. And your servant is in the midst of your people whom you have chosen, a great people, too many to numbered or counter for multitude. Give your Servant therefore a understanding mind to govern your people, that I may discern between go and evil, for who is able to govern this your great people ? It pleased the Lord that Solomon had ask this. And G-d Said to him, because you have asked this, and have not asked for yourself longlife or riches or the life of your enemies, but have asked for yourselfunderstanding to discern what is right, behold, I now do accordeing to your word. Behold, I give you a wise and discerbning mind, so that none like ou has been before you and none like you shall arise after you. I give you also what you have not asked , bioth richjes and honor, so that no opther king shall compare with you, all your days. And if you will walk in my ways, keeping my statutesand my commandments, as your father David walked, then I will lengthen your Days.

As you can see this sets the stage for a powerful man that is to come. His legends is found in Islamic, Christian, Jewish stories legends and myths. He wrote the biblical books of Proverbs and Ecclesiastes, ,Song of Solomon, and the book of Wisdom. He also said to wrote the book called Testament of Solomon. Which the book were most Solomonic magical literature gets based around. Other works such as 1001 and on nights. Is also works that the grimoires worked from. According to literature and stories from the Testament of Solomon andJewish Literature to the 1001 nights we find that he got a magical ring from G-d. He also had a magical flying carpet and a magic staff. He was a extremely powerful wizard which interestingly come from christian literature and some Arabic works.
The main story was said that a angel came to help Solomon and the angel gave the magic ring to Solomon. Which was from G-d to help build the temple of Solomon and to use of its powers to protect the sancturary of G-d for which the temple was were the Ark of the covenant went. He used the ring using powerful summoning spells and he summoned demons to help build the temple.
As a side note it is interesting that historians mention that when the Babylonians and Romans stated when they destroyed the temples demonic sounds, dark black spirits and creatures came out of its foundation and walls.
Another interesting story about Solomon which shows his wisdom. He was confronted with two women claiming that a infant child was each theres. There each was telling him that the child was theres. So to solve the problem he siad ok I will solve the problem. Bring me my Sword he said and he told them that he will chop the infant in half and that each will have each half. He new that the real mother will give up the child and surrender the child the the other women to save the child from death. Solomon then gave the child to the mother who surrender the child to the other.
Another story of Solomon that is in the Testament of Solomon is toward the end were Solomon. One day, Solomon told Asmadeus that he could not see any greatness in the demons’ strength, if their king could be kept in bondage by a mortal man. Asmodeus told him that he could show him his strength if the king lent him his protective magic ring. The king arrogantly agreed, and as soon as the ring touched Asmodeus’ finger, the demon grew to a giant size, with one wing touching the earth and one touching the heaven. He snatched the king up and flung him away, and the king fell far away from Jerusalem. And so started King Solomon’s punishment he spends his days a on the streets begging for food living a life as a a commoner. Which was a lesson in it own right, and in the long run he become more wiser. Either way he travel around begging for food and living on the streets. It was a hard life. Since Asmodeus had the Kings magical ring he could not summon his powers, spirits, and beast. So he decided to travel back to Israel and praying that G-d will help him get back his throne and confront Asmodeus. It took him 3 years on the road begging and living off of odd job. We learn that he wrote many of his Proverbs while on his journey back to Israel. The journey was a humbling experience and he learned a lesson in life and life of his people and others. He learned wisdom and knowledge. Will one day he met the princess Naamah, daughter of the Ammonite King, was destined by G-d to be the ancestor of the Messiah, who will some day be born as a descendant of the House of David. G-d directed Solomon to the capital city of Ammon. It so happened that the cook at the royal palace needed an assistant, and somehow Solomon was at the right place at the right time and got the job. He showed talent and discipline, eventually was promoted to chief cook, and promptly met the Princess who took personal interest in running the household. He fell in love with her and she back. The King was Angry and banished them away and they traveled for a long time and finally after a long trip traveled to a port city were they used the last of his money to by a fih to eat when they opened it up and saw King Solomons Ring.
Feeling that since it is a protective ring also he thought that maybe Asmodeus may have through it in the Ocean. Solomon put the ring on his finger, and transported himself and his wife to Jerusalem. There he confronted Asmodeus and when he confronted him he saw that the demon was shapeshifted to look like the king and King Solomon used the ring and the demon had no power over the ring since it came from G-d. So could not resist. The story goes on that Solomon saw Asmodeus true form and it gave him nightmares for the rest of his life. He also made it known to the Ammonite king. This story sat the stage for the coming of the Messiah.
